Preschool gymnastics

Specifically tailored for preschool aged children, our programs introduce basic gymnastics skills and lay the groundwork for further development.

We offer KinderGym, a weekly recreational gymnastics for kids aged 3-4, and GymElementary, a class tailored for 4-5 year olds enrolled in 4-year-old kinder.

Recreational gymnastics

Designed for primary school-aged children and early secondary school-aged children, our program is run by qualified Gymnastics Victoria registered coaches. Students will practice and refine their skills and technique on a wide range of apparatus, including bars, beam, floor, rings, and vault, and develop their strength, and flexibility.

KinderGym

3 – 4 years

A 45-minute class focusing on basic apparatus and listening skills.

Gym Elementary

4 – 5 years

A one-hour class focusing on discipline, listening, safety awareness, and body control. Must be enrolled in KinderGym.

PlayGym

PlayGym is a 60 minute casual gymnastics session where children can advance their fine and gross motor skill development through exploration, discovery and play. Our experienced staff set up creative, age-appropriate activities designed to engage your child’s interest and imagination.

A staff member is available throughout the session to offer assistance and guidance where needed; however, active supervision and participation from a parent or guardian is required. The parent or guardian must remain within arm’s reach of their participant at all times. No children under 9 months will be permitted on the gym floor.
