Thank you for being a valued part of our Swim School community at Bass Coast Leisure. We appreciate the trust you place in our team to support your child’s swimming journey and water safety education.
Over the past 11 months, we have continued to enhance our Learn to Swim program through improvements to our Swim School Customer Portal, increased instructor training and development, expanded lesson and programming options, greater pool deck support and family engagement, and a continued focus on providing a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for all participants. These initiatives help ensure a positive, high-quality experience for our students and families.
To ensure we can continue investing in the quality and sustainability of the program, a small adjustment to Learn to Swim fees will take effect from Thursday 9 July 2026.
Your updated fortnightly lesson fee will be processed automatically in accordance with your enrolment arrangements and in line with the Terms and conditions – Bass Coast Leisure of your enrolment. No action is required on your part. Updated fees and charges will be available via the website and your customer portal.
