Kids’ Fitness Classes

It’s time to move, jump, stretch and play!

t’s time to move, jump, stretch and play! Our Kids Fitness sessions are designed to keep little bodies active while building confidence through movement. Led by experienced instructors, kids will enjoy circuits, games, and fitness challenges that make exercise feel like fun.

  • Energising movement

Session Times:
  • 9:15am – 10:15am
  • 10:30am – 11:30am
  • 11:45am – 12:45pm

For children aged 5 to 12 years old.

*Parents supervision required
