Les Mills BODYBALANCE

Improve strength, core stability, flexibility, and calm your mind with this dynamic blend of tai chi, yoga, and Pilates.

Les Mills Body Pump

Shape, tone, and burn calories with this total body workout that increases core strength and improves bone health.

HIIT

(High Intensity Interval Training)

Increase your metabolism with this circuit-based workout using high-intensity intervals alternating with recovery periods.

Pilates

Focuses on strengthening and stabilising the muscles around the core and hip regions. This promotes correct posture, spinal alignment, and overall stronger functional bodies.

Virtual Body Balance

A pre-choreographed mind body class set to inspiring music. Featuring movement and techniques that draw from Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates, you will leave this class feeling aligned, strong and energised.

Virtual Body Attack

A high-energy fitness class with moves that care for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

Virtual Body Combat

This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Let the music help you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

Virtual Body Balance Express

A pre-choreographed 30 minute mind body class set to inspiring music. Featuring movement and techniques that draw from Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates, you will leave this class feeling aligned, strong and energised.

Virtual CXWorkx

A results focused training that will get you stronger and leaner. Incorporating CXWorkx into your training regime makes your other workouts more effective. Regardless of fitness levels, this will challenge you!

Virtual Body Pump

Barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. Using weights woth lots of repetition, it challengers all you major muscle groups by using the best strength training exercises matched with great music.

Virtual RPM

Indoor cycling workout where ou ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.

Aqua Movers

Aqua aerobics designed for seniors and those seeking injury rehabilitation, set in a fun and sociable environment.

Active Movers

Improve strength, coordination, balance, mobility and flexibility to add variety to your exercise routine in a social and fun group environment.

Chair Workout

Modify yoga poses done while seated in a chair or standing holding onto a chair. Focusing on breath for relaxation and movements to improve balance, stability and flexibility. Leave feeling refreshed and energized.

Core & More

This low impact class is designed to tone and sculpt our favourite areas – your tummy, hips, glutes and thighs, to create strong and lean muscles. The class uses cardiovascular exercises and core stabilisation work to improve posture, coordination, muscular strength, and endurance. Fun upbeat music will keep you motivated while you “feel the burn”.

Pilates (Inverloch)

Focuses on strengthening and stabilising the muscles around the core and hip regions. This promotes correct posture, spinal alignment, and overall stronger functional bodies.

This class ‘INV-Pilates’ is held at Inverloch Community Hub, 16 A’beckett Street, Inverloch Victoria 3996.

Small Group Training

This fun freestyle class will keep you excited to exercise. No two classes are the same. Different equipment and format each week will keep your workouts interesting. Low impact options are provided. Includes circuit style training, aerobics, functional training equipment and games.

Water Workout

Suitable for all levels, this aqua aerobics class allows for an intense workout or one at a gentler pace.

Yoga

Recharge, revitalize and relax with Yoga. Allow your spine to become stronger and learn how to strengthen posture and improve flexibility.

New management of the Bass Coast's leisure facilities

From 1 July 2025, Aligned Leisure will take over the management of Bass Coast Aquatic and Leisure Centre, Cowes Outdoor Pool, and Phillip Island Leisure Centre.
